I was very nervous about eye laser surgery and was scared to have the actual procedure done. However, this quickly changed when I met the staff at Roma Medical Centre. Dr Oktay Kumral, I could immediately see was very experienced in his field of work furthermore had a broad range of skills and experience.
Prior to my visit, all questions were answered and I felt at ease knowing what would take place, step by step. When I arrived, I was shown the equipment, the operating room, was made to be fully at ease prior to surgery and they encouraged to ask any questions I had. This made me more relaxed and helped me to rid of any nerves.
Throughout the procedure, I was reassured and made to be completely comfortable. The procedure itself was over very quickly, yet done so precisely. It was over in a jiffy. Then a member of staff kindly escorted me back to my hotel, ensured I was sound and well before leaving me.
I couldn't have asked for more. The customer service was excellent. They were genuinely caring, went above and beyond to ensure I was safe and looked after.
Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. I had nothing to be nervous about. The staff are very professional and highly experienced.
I would greatly recommend Dr Oktay Kumral at Roma Medical Centre to anyone thinking about eye laser surgery. I have already recommended this clinic to two of my family members and friends who are considering having the procedure done. Well worth travelling that little further for quality service.
